Grace Place is always here to walk alongside you in whatever you might be going through. But sometimes, life will throw things your way that are outside the training and expertise of our staff. For those cases, we have local partnerships that we recommend to provide additional resources for counseling, addiction, violence/sexual assault, and care.
COUNSELING
ReStory Counseling was founded on the belief that God doesn't make mistakes. When it comes to our hearts and lives, we are convinced that God's story is more true than the world's. To ReStory, we must first recognize where we have been in order to know where we are going. At ReStory, we're interested in restoring the heart on all levels.
ADDICTION
Sexaholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover.
The Hump Day AA Group is an Open meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous that meets weekly at 7:00 PM, Summit Room, Grace Place Church. All are welcome to attend.
Our personal situations may be different, but we share as equals because of what we have in common: our lives have been affected by another person’s drinking. Al-Anon is a mutual support group. We can find understanding and support when we share our common experience with each other.
Start Your Recovery is an online resource that offers people who are dealing with substance use issues a single source of reputable, objective information about signs, symptoms, conditions, treatment options, and resources — presented in a user-friendly format and in language that’s easy to understand.
VIOLENCE/SEXUAL ASSAULT
The Sexual Assault Victim Advocate (SAVA) Center provides crisis intervention, advocacy and counseling for all those affected by sexual violence in Northern Colorado while also providing prevention programs through community outreach and education. We envision a culture change that results in the end of sexual violence.
Crossroads provides emergency safehousing, advocacy, legal assistance, rapid rehousing and crisis intervention for victims of domestic violence
Alternatives to Violence provides shelter, advocacy, education and resources for people impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. Since 1982, Alternatives to Violence has offered victims the opportunity to heal both emotionally and physically in a supportive environment.
CARE
We provide sustainable programs to help single parent families thrive. PEARL is a Christ-centered organization providing single-parent families the hope and skills necessary to build an economically and emotionally stable home environment through sustainable programs.
The Larimer County Mobile Food Pantry is at Grace Place on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month from 10-11:30 am. This provides families in need with healthy and fresh foods regularly.
House of Neighborly Service provides food, utility assistance, and other resources to those that are struggling to make ends meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays here at Grace Place. HNS operates the Life Center, which provides community access to other nonprofit organizations.
