Hope is at the center of who we are as a church. Through worship, teaching, and acts of service, we want to bring the hope of Jesus to Berthoud and beyond. We believe His hope brings light in times of darkness and peace in the midst of uncertainty.

Grace Place affirms the Statement of Faith as adopted by the National Association of Evangelicals and the affirmations of the Evangelical Covenant Church.
Sunday mornings around here are energetic and fun! We love new faces and we love community! Come as you are to enjoy Biblical teaching that is fresh and relevant. We love the next generation, so we believe in quality programing for children of all ages. These programs teach Biblical truths in a way that children can both understand and love!
Our music is big because we sing about a big God. It'll be upbeat and probably louder than you expect, but earplugs are available at the doors. You'll hear a few worship songs during the service so feel free to sing along or participate however you feel most comfortable. Lyrics will be on the screens.
Welcome! Our pastors would love to connect with you. Text the word welcome to 970-800-2421 to hear more about taking some next steps.
Our Services are 8:15 am, 9:45 am and 11:15 am on Sundays! We recommend getting here at least 10 minutes before a service to find a seat. If you have kids, allow a little more time to check them in.
We don't have a dress code, and invite you to come as you are! If you're in jeans, a hat, or an old beer shirt, you'll fit right in. We're worried less about how you are dressed, and more about how we can make you feel welcome here!
Trailhead Cafe will be open from 7 am to 2 pm. You can enjoy your meal in the cafe or in the balcony!
We don't have membership cards. Rather than membership, we find that people who own the vision of Grace Place will embrace what we embrace. If you're into doing life together, serving together, and growing together, then consider yourself one of us!
Pastor Clay is committed to communicating the unchanging gospel of God’s grace in fresh and relevant ways. He is the founding and Lead Pastor of Grace Place which launched September 14, 1996. In 2011, Clay completed the Doctor of Ministry degree through Denver Seminary.
Clay grew up in Colorado before meeting and marrying his wife Selene in college. They have a son, Landon, and daughter, Julia. Clay enjoys dating his wife, spending time with his children, learning, traveling, adventure, motorcycles, and enjoying God’s creation-especially in the Colorado mountains.

We are committed to living out the values of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to love God, love others, and share the good news of Jesus Christ.

We will get creative and try anything short of sin to reach people far from God—as many as possible (2 Peter 3:9; 1 Corinthians 9:19-23)

Just come as you are and hangout with Jesus and his people (John 1:38-39; 43-46)

The most natural and effective way the church grows is when people invite their friends to “come and see” (John 1:46; 4:29, 39-42)

The church is not a program, but a family where you can find love, acceptance, forgiveness, and deep-level friendship (John 13:34-35; Acts 2:42-47)

The gospel of grace through the finished work of Jesus is the central message of Scripture and Grace Place (Romans 1:16-17; Ephesians 2:8-9)

Our response to the gospel of grace is to give our time, talent, and treasure to worship Jesus and serve others in love (Mark 10:45; Galatians 5:13)
We invite you to explore our beliefs and join us in our pursuit of living out our faith in boldness and passion.
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
