Up Lift III—Silver Strands
Up Lift III–Silver Strands is an exercise program designed to motivate senior women to become spiritually, physically and mentally strong. Come and be amazed at what the Lord will do. Silver Strands meets daily Monday-Friday from 8:00-9:00 am at Five Stones Student Center. To register, call Joyce Hayes 970-532-3748.
