Rose Pauly

Rose Pauly is the Compassion/Outreach pastor for Grace Place Church. Her role is overseeing the ministries that extend church wide such as Celebrate Recovery, the missions team, outreach endeavors, women's ministry, counseling ministry and other pastoral care ministries.

Rose joined Grace Place as a staff pastor in 1997 after serving on the original core team that began planting Grace Place Church in January of 1996.

She is married to Steve who practices as a pediatric dentist in Fort Collins and who like her served as an active participant on the original core team. Rose and Steve have three sons and a daughter-in-law. Their eldest son, Brent, was married to Erica Northrop in May 2008 and reside in Loveland. Christopher, their middle son, is currently completing officer training school for the United States Air Force. Their youngest son, Ryan is in school at Vanguard University as a Theology major.

Prior to becoming a pastor Rose worked as a registered nurse for 17 years, her last position as a neuro intensive care nurse at Poudre Valley Hospital. Rose is currently in seminary at Fuller Theological Seminary fulfilling requirements for a Master's of Theology degree.
