Our Senior Pastor, Clay Peck, served at DRCC as associate pastor before coming to Colorado.  Damascus is a growing congregation committed to reaching the bored, burned and by-passed.  Senior Pastor Richard Fredericks, continues to serve in a mentor relationship with pastor Clay.

Pastor Ed Young is a creative genius with a cutting edge ministry in Dallas.  Grace Place has moved to a team approach to planning weekly worship services and messages, due in part to the influence of Ed.  Grace Place is a member of Fellowship Connection which is a network of churches that share a creative passion for reaching today's culture in a relevant and compelling manner.

The Saddleback Church in Orange County, CA, founded by Rick Warren, has been another influencial church in our development.  Rick Warren's book, The Purpose Driven Church, is filled with solid, tested, biblical principles that have guided our church.

Along with hundreds of churches across the nation and around the world, we have joined the Willow Creek Association.  Willow Creek Community Church in Barrington, IL, has given evidence of incredible blessings of God.  Grace Place leaders attend Willow's annual Leadership Summit.
