Gail is our fearless leader and our scrapbooking queen. She has three kids and has lived in Berthoud since June 2003. Gail has been in MOPS for a total of six years! Her favorite room of the house is the recreation/craft room simply because it is fun to do things there and good place to be social with family and friends.

Kim is our Energizer Bunny and she has to be to keep up with her four kids. She has lived in Berthoud for almost two years. She has been involved in MOPS for six years. Her favorite room of the house is the front or back porch because she loves being outside and would rather pull weeds than do laundry or dishes!

Stephanie has two active boys. She has lived in Longmont for eight years and has been in MOPS for four years (she was lucky to be invited while pregnant with her first son). Her favorite room is the family room where the family plays together and entertains family and friends.

Our finance diva and coffee lover extraordinaire has three kids. Michelle has lived in Berthoud for seven years and has been in MOPS for five years. Her favorite room is the kitchen because that is where the coffee pot is!

Renee Sawdey, MOPPETS
Renee has three kids of her own giving her plenty of practice for leading the charge upstairs in our MOPPETS program. She blesses our children with her unending patience and calm.

Marcy has two kids and has lived in Berthoud for five years. She has been in MOPS for four years, serving two years on steering. Her favorite room is the kitchen because she can bake, craft, scrapbook or visit with family and friends.

Malissa White, Hospitality
Malissa beautifies our meetings making us all feel at home! She has two kids and has lived in Berthoud for 2 1/2 years. This is her second year on steering, but her sixth year in MOPS. Her favorite room in the house is the Exercise Room/Play Room/ Family Room where she starts each morning exercising and being alone with God. Sometimes she listens to Christian music allowing her to refuel her mind and soul. If she misses that strenthening time, the rest of the week is not as smooth as it could be. Malissa also loves her bedroom because she loves her bed!!!

Our singer and dramatist has three kids. She has lived in northern Colorado for 10 years, and in Berthoud for the last 2 1/2 years. She has attended MOPS for three years and served on steering for two. Her favorite room of the house is the master bedroom because it is her own space where she can read, write, listen to music, sing - and it has great sunlight, a vaulted ceiling and a wonderful view of Longs Peak!

Sarah Quillen, Creative Activities
Whether it's dancing or cutting and pasting crafts, Sarah has creativity flowing from her. She has one child and has lived near Carter Lake for three years. This is her second year in MOPS and her first on steering. Her favorite room is the Craft room because she loves to do crafty things: scrapbooking, sewing clothes, making quilts, home decorations, card making, etc. If the house had a ballroom that would be her other favorite because she loves to dance (ballet, modern, swing, ballroom).

Suzy has three kids and one on the way! She has lived in Berthoud for two years. She has been involved in MOPS for three years, two of which she has been on steering. Her favorite room is the living room because it is the place to spend time with family and friends.

Jackie is one of two freshman steering members this year! She has three kids and has lived in Berthoud for two years. This is her second year in MOPS and her first year on steering. Her favorite room in the house is the family room where the family can swap stories about the day, chill and watch a movie, take naps in the rare quiet, or pray together for strength and comfort.

Laura is a breath of fresh air! She has two kids and has lived in Berthoud for two years. She has been in MOPS for three years and a Care Group Leader for two years. Laura's favorite room in the house is the kitchen because because that's where the coffee is. It's also the place where people end up standing and talking, even though she has comfortable couches just two steps away.

Janet moved to Berthoud a little over a year ago to be near some of her grandchildren and this is her second year as a MOPS Mentor Mom. Her favorite room of the house is the kitchen because cooking is a passion of hers. She loves seeing people enjoy delicious food and how much fun everyone has preparing for a wonderful mealtime together. Ever notice how everyone ends up in the kitchen or at the bar adjacent to the kitchen? Fun times!!!
