All-Stars Little League

At All-Stars Little League, we make learning a fun experience where kids are energized and fulfilled through biblically based programs.  Classes are designed to connect with kids through free play, music,  games, and crafts.

Classes are offered during all services at Grace Place.  Children can be dropped off 15 minutes before service and must be picked up within 15 minutes after service ends.  Parents are welcome to join their child in the classroom until they are comfortable on their own, but parents are required to where a “Parent” tag for safety.

Birth –Toddlers

Nursing Moms

For those mothers who's children are still nursing, we provide a comfortable, inviting room for you to sit and nurse your child, mingle with other nursing moms, and watch the service via television feed at our Berthoud Campus.

Infants: 0 - 18 months or walking

Parents can take comfort in knowing their child is receiving exceptional, loving care in our nursery while they enjoy worship service.  It is our goal to provide a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for each child whether they are brand new, sitting, crawling, cruising, or walking.  The room is designed to stimulate their minds and engage them socially, while also remaining calm and comforting if needed.  In addition to our play area we have a private nursery, so if nap time falls during service time there is a great place for them to get rested up as well.

Toddlers: 18 months - 2 years old

If you have a toddler you know that one of the most important things to do with them is give them room to run.  Our classroom is especially geared toward their need to explore and interact with other children.  From slides to books and everything in between we provide each child the opportunity to develop important social, emotional, and behavioral skills, while playing in a loving, Christian environment.  In addition to free play, we also squeeze in a power packed lesson, and a healthy snack.

3-year-olds - Kindergarten

Curriculum

We are currently using Groups Publishing's “Hands On” curriculum where we are focusing on basic bible stories that are fun and pack a powerful message.  We spend 4-5 weeks on each story so that your child is able to get a solid understanding of not only what happens in the story, but the morals behind it as well.  It is our goal to make each lesson as fun filled, and enjoyable as possible.  We believe that showing your children how to enjoy a relationship with Jesus Christ is as important as knowing the stories.

Service Schedule

MEET & GREET:  As the children arrive they are given some free time to socialize with other children and play.  A large part of our ministry is to team your children with other Christian kids, and this provides a great opportunity for them to do that. We also will sometimes have fun activities available that tie into the lesson for the week.

PRAISE & WORSHIP:  Every week we spend a few minutes in a large group, encouraging the children to sing and dance, and worship God through music.  This is a fun time where we get to unwind and prepare our hearts for our lesson.

GAME: We use this time to engage our children, and prepare their minds for the story. Usually the games are activities that reinforce the theme of the week.

STORY TIME:   During their lesson children learn about a bible story and memory verse that emphasizes the theme of the lesson.  We spend about 4-5 weeks on each story to make sure your child has a good understanding and memory of each one.  They will be encouraged to participate in a group discussion that will help them learn how to apply biblical truths to their lives.

CRAFT:    We spend this time reinforeing the lesson with a craft.  We believe it is important to reach every child and we know that many children learn better through hands-on activities like crafts.  Typically each child will make something to take with them to remind them of the lesson we learned that day.

SNACK:  Every week your child will be served a healthy snack.

FREE PLAY:  After we have finished our snack for the last 5-10 minutes of class we like to allow the children time to just be themselves and enjoy the company of their friends.  We believe in the power of play and its importance in your child's learning experience.  During this time the children are free to play with the toys provided, spend more time on their craft or coloring sheet, or read in our book station.

Our Well Child Health Policy

We operate a "well” child program.  For the protection of all the children in Little League, we cannot accept a child with a runny nose, fresh cold (four days or less), fever, cough, diarrhea, vomited in the last 24 hours, or any other signs of illness.  We request that you not place your child in the program while they are at risk of exposing other children.
