Children's Ministry - Dugout

First - Fifth Grade
The All-Stars Dugout is the worship destination for all 1st through 5th graders. It is an action-packed hour and a half. The session begins with students playing a choice of activities in our newly renovated game room which include air hockey, fooseball, basketball, crafts, and play station. Students move into our "baseball stadium" worship center for an interactive lesson time. The lessons may be presented as a drama, puppet show, DVD, or another type of captivating performance. Songs are sung and lead by our very own "Infielder Singers". After the students participate in large group activities, they break into small groups by grade level. The students take time to get to know one another and their Bible stories better when in these small groups.
Come hit a homer with us and attend one of our sessions in the Dugout (Thursdays 6:45 pm, Sundays 8:15 and 10:00 a.m).

 Curriculum
We use Group Publishing's curriculum entitled "Living Inside Out". The students begin in an interactive large group setting and move into small groups. In the large group, the kids sing songs, hear the Bible story in a fun way, and are involved in a large group activity that helps them relate to the story. The small group setting is used for prayer time, memorizing the memory verse, and doing another activity to reinforce the story.
